Slice raw sweet potatoes and place in a greased baking dish, alternating with slices of apple and sprinkling raisins and or nuts, as you layer. Mix honey and orange juice and pour over sweet potatoes and apple. Dot with margarine and dust with cinnamon. Cover and bake in a 350 F. oven for about 1 hour. 5 to 6 servings. |
